We require a valid credit card for profile completion. Credit Card details are held on file in the safety & protection of Gingr Software (partnered with Stripe, Inc). Your credit card WILL NOT be charged unless you complete a payment yourself or if payment for a service has not yet been completed 24 hours after pet pick up. Other payment methods are available before or up to your pick-up reservation time.

  • Is your pup enjoying their time with us? Share your love of Hidden Acres with your friends and family! When you refer a new client to us, you will earn a $250 store credit reward! Just as a small ‘Thank You’ for letting others know who we are.
How it Works:
You qualify for the $250 store credit reward when your referral books one of the following:
  • Boarding or Board & Train: Minimum of a 3-night stay.
  • Private Training: A minimum of 2 private sessions.
Tell your friend or family member to mention your name at the time of booking, and we will quickly have that reward on your account. We can’t wait to meet your referrals!

VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS:

Our required vaccinations are:
  • For the safety of all of our pets, we are unable to accept new reservations until your pet’s up-to-date vaccinations are uploaded to your profile.
  • Bortadella
  • Canine Influenza
  • DAPP
  • Rabies
  • Leptospirosis

DROP-OFFS & PICK-UPS:

We know that life does not always work within our hours of operation, and we would like to provide you and your pet with as much flexibility as possible without over-booking our staff and resources.
If the times available in the system do not work for you, please reach out to us directly to see if we can accommodate your request. Our hours are not always flexible, but we are always flexible when we can be!
