FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM AGE FOR BOARDING A DOG?
We are able to accommodate dogs of any age from a puppy and older.
DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?
A full refund is available if canceled by 12:00 pm 3 days before the service begins. 12:00pm is determined by the sitter's time zone. If canceled later than 12:00pm 3 days before the service begins, a 50% refund is available for the first 7 canceled calendar days from the cancellation request date. A 100% refund is available for any additional days.
WILL MY DOG BE OFF-LEASH?
Yes, your dog will be off-leash unless otherwise informed not to during play time.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING FOR BOARDING?
We ask that you bring your proof of vaccines, a collar with a name tag, and your dog's food and medicine if there is any.
HOW IS PAYMENT HANDLED?

WHAT DO YOU DO FOR DOGS WHO ARE NOT COMFORTABLE AROUND OTHER DOGS?
We provide a home-like environment that is designed for dogs who tend to have anxiety and sound sensitivity. We do not take as many dogs as the larger kennels. This environment helps accommodate dogs that do not do well around other dogs.

ARE YOU INSURED AND BONDED?
Hidden Acres Farm is insured and bonded.
can dogs from the same household share a suite?
Yes! Dogs who come from the same household are more comfortable staying together opposed to being separated.
WHAT VACCINATIONS ARE REQUIRED AT HIDDEN ACRES FARM?
Required vaccinations are: Bortadella, Canine Influenza, DAPP, Rabies and Leptospirosis.
